  1. Kayaknya akan muncul sistem pertemanan yg akan merugikan segolongan pns dan menguntungkan segolongan pns yg lain dengan penerapan pp tersebut. Aaahh…biarlah, yg makin materialis dan cinta jabatan semakin menjilat.
